Privacy and control

Delete your dashboard data.

You control every provider connection and the analytics Underexposed stores for your workspace. Deleting dashboard data does not delete your Instagram or Google account.

Delete one provider's data.

  1. Sign in to the Underexposed Dashboard.
  2. Open Settings, then Connections.
  3. Choose Disconnect to stop future access and refreshes.
  4. Choose Delete stored data for Instagram, Search Console, or Google Analytics.

The deletion worker attempts to revoke the provider authorization before removing the stored connection, encrypted credentials, normalized metrics, and sync records for that provider.

Delete the complete dashboard account.

  1. Sign in and open Settings, then Account and goals.
  2. In the Delete account section, type DELETE.
  3. Choose Request account deletion.

The request covers the workspace, provider credentials, normalized analytics, generated insights, sync history and dashboard user account. A workspace with multiple members may require manual review before deletion.

If you cannot sign in.

Email frederik@trovatten.com from the address used for your Underexposed account and ask for dashboard data deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
